Using ListingTalk

ListingTalk is operated by ptem llc. By creating an account or using posting features, you agree to these terms and the community guidelines. You must be at least 18, use an email address you control, and keep your account credentials secure.

What this service is, and is not

ListingTalk hosts member discussions and links to external listing sites. It is not a brokerage, agent, appraisal service, inspection service, or provider of financial or legal advice. Property facts are user-entered, may be inaccurate or outdated, and are not a substitute for checking original sources or working with qualified professionals. We do not promise a home is available, accurately priced, safe, or suitable for a particular buyer.

Your contributions

You are responsible for what you post and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it. You retain your ownership rights while giving the operator permission to store, process, display, and share your contributions as necessary for the visibility you choose and the service's operation. Private notes and room messages are not licensed for public promotion merely because they are stored here.

Public discussion

Public posts can be read, indexed, quoted, or shared by other people. Deleting your account does not necessarily remove an entire property conversation contributed to by multiple members. Your own comments can be removed through account controls. Do not post private information or material you are not comfortable making public.

Moderation and access

We may review, restrict, edit administrative metadata, remove content, merge duplicate public discussions, or suspend access to protect the community and enforce these terms. We do not guarantee that every contribution will be reviewed before publication. Report concerns using the site or contact support for an appeal.

External content

External sites, photographs, data, and services have their own owners, terms, and privacy policies. A link does not create an affiliation or endorsement. Do not use ListingTalk to bypass access restrictions or republish a portal's content without appropriate rights.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an available basis and may change, pause, or be discontinued. No paid membership or real-estate transaction service is included in this release. Any future paid offering should have its own clearly stated terms before purchase. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

Questions, corrections, and rights complaints

Contact support@listingtalk.com with the affected ListingTalk URL, a clear description of the issue, and a way to reach you. For a copyright complaint, identify your work and the disputed material, describe your authority to act, and provide relevant supporting details. This contact process is not a claim that a statutory safe-harbor or registered-agent requirement has been completed.
